We have a large variety of units we use specifically for temporary housing and long term rentals. 

These units range from 24 foot up to 43 1/2 foot. They can accommodate anywhere between 4-8 people. (Maybe more depending on how you choose to utilize your living space). We work to provide the best housing experience possible.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Long Term: This is a fairly simply process! We work together to match each camper to your specific wants and needs. Once a camper is chosen, we get it ready to be hauled to you!

Temporary Housing: When displaced from storms, fires, etc., we do offer temporary housing. We narrow down which camper would suit your wants/needs. Once we have one selected for you, we work closely with your insurance company. (Sometimes your insurance will use a third party to help with this. That's okay! We will work hand in hand with them! They help fill out paperwork to get you placed sooner. Yay!) Once they have paid, we deliver the unit! These units can be parked at your house, a camp site, a family members house, or wherever you feel comfortable! If you want to be on top of all progress happening with/in your house, this is the best way! You'll be just feet away!

Good to know:

-All campers are 30 or 50 amp. They need a sufficient power source to run them.

-They must be hooked to sewer and water. We can fill the fresh water tank, however, it will run out eventually. (This may get you by a few days, but it is not recommended for long periods of time.)

-The area in which you want the camper placed must be at least 8 foot wide. The units are a minimum of 8 foot in width (this does not include the slides). With slides, they can be anywhere between 12-16 foot wide. 

-If linens are needed, we do provide them! Just ask
